Use this worksheet to calculate the dues during the year.  Simply enter your club's dues to see the total owed in each dues category. Click on the below link then "File, Export as PDF" to save a copy for your records. Please note: This worksheet functions only in Chrome or Firefox. It will not calculate or display results correctly in Safari.

Primary and Non-Primary Membership (formerly Dual Membership)
Updated March 2021- A Non-Primary Member is required to complete the Non-Primary Membership application form for the initial enrollment. Do not send a copy of the form to the District Treasurer. The Club will email the form to International (altrusa@altrusa.org). International will enter the Non-Primary Membership in Group Tally. The Non-Primary club must reconfirm all Non-Primary members at renewal by having the form completed (again) and emailing to International. Non-Primary Members are not entered in the District Website (ClubRunner).

Transfer a Membership to a new Club.
Group Tally : The transferring member will complete a Transfer Membership Application for the new Club and pay new club dues, if required by the new club. The new Club will email the transfer application to International (altrusa@altrusa.org)International will terminate the original membership and transfer the membership to the new club in Group Tally. District Website (ClubRunner) : The original Club will terminated the membership as of the date of transfer and the new Club will add the transferring Member as a new Member as of the date of transfer.

 Carefully review the requirements for Emeritus status to ensure the member meets all eligibility criteria. Once eligibility is confirmed, complete the Request for Approval of Emeritus Membership Status form. Click the link above for a copy. Send the completed form to the District Governor for review. The District Governor will present the request at the next District Board meeting for approval. The District Governor will notify the Club and International of the approval. International will then update the member’s status to Emeritus in Group Tally. The Club will update the membership record under "Organization, Change Status, Change Membership Status" to Honorary and "Edit Member Designations" select "Emeritus"  in the District Website (ClubRunner).
